Julius is an award-winning social entrepreneur and international speaker with over a decade of experience working with start-ups and students. He started his entrepreneurial journey whilst at university with Enactus, leading a team of 70 social entrepreneurs to create social enterprises and impact projects across London. Here, he discovered his passion for entrepreneurship and social impact.

Julius was inspired by the possibility to create real-world change and fortunate to benefit from the support, guidance, facilities and community that exists in a university setting. Since then, he has spent the last decade working within the enterprise space, whether that's launching and operating his own speciality coffee social enterprise, delivering speeches and keynotes, sitting on advisory boards or mentoring individuals.

When asked why Julius wanted to join us, he said, "What Spark & Co. do is necessary and important, and I feel I can help add value. Now, working within an organisation, I've experienced the challenges and nuance required to successfully embed positive change in an organisation, and I'd like to be a part of the team shaping and promoting best practice."
